Our project consultants work hard to communicate the value and the craftsmanship that goes into every Coval Home. Prior to the recent pandemic, we would be proud to show current homes in construction during any phase. Due to restrictions and out of respect to the homeowners, that is no longer an option. As an alternative, we host these ongoing virtual open house events, open to everybody, who is interested in building a home.
This is an interactive experience where you can bring your questions and learn about a specific plan. Even if you are not interested in the presented plan, this will provide you with a good idea of the level of craftsmanship as well as the team you will be working with for your dream home.
More About The Baker Plan
The Coval Baker is a little over 2,000 sq. ft. two-story plan for all lot types, especially narrow lots. It’s economical in the simple fact that both the 1st floor and 2nd floor share the same exterior facing walls. Whenever you reduce the number of external walls and maximize the square footage your floor plans are more energy-efficient, saving you cost in the long term.
