• Do we need to buy a building lot before we talk to you? No! We can assist you in finding the ideal location for your home. In fact the cost of the land, site preparation, and the cost of the home can be rolled into one construction loan. This will actually simplify the loan process!
• How long does it take to build a home? Depending on the number of architectural changes you make, if any, typically we build our home in 120 and 150 days. ( We Guarantee 150 Days! )
• What selections can we make to personalize our new home? Being a semi-custom home builder, we’ll start with one of our Coval plans and then make changes to satisfy your unique design requirements; we’ll actually do this together at the initial meeting!
