“Coval Homes built us the 1550 sq ft rambler and the house was very good quality, far superior to other builders we looked at, that offered to build on your lot. We have had 5 other homes built previous to this so we know quality when we see it. The house was built in the time frame promised. After the house was completed we had over 80k equity in the home.
