After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Washington in 1994, Carl entered the Mortgage Lending world to explore his passion for helping clients achieve home ownership. Currently, Carl is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Evergreen Home Loans, where he’s focused on providing loans to buy, build, rehab or refinance homes.
Carl has spent the last 28 years learning as much as he can about the Mortgage industry. Over the last 10 years, Carl has built a Team and network of housing professionals who specialize in construction and rehab home financing. In 2019 and 2021, Carl was awarded “Construction Loan Officer of the Year” and has achieved Presidents’ Club status the last 8 years in a row.
