Be assured that we have and will continue to take the steps necessary to protect your health and well-being.  With that, we will continue to make decisions with vigilance and information gathered by the latest science-based information while upholding our company values.

While there is no mistaking the challenge of this situation, here are some of the precautions we’ve already taken:

Additional measures have been taken to keep each of our offices clean and disinfected after every in-person appointment.
We’ve requested clients that are experiencing a fever, coughing, shortness of breath or simply not feeling well, to reschedule their appointment with us or to join us on a video call.
We’ve always offered on-line video meetings and electronic signing of documents allowing you to order your home without the inconvenience.
We’ve limited our appointments to one family at a time.

Please rest assured we’re taking every precaution possible to ensure you and your family’s safety. We see the market is still shifting and with home inventory in limited quantity throughout the Pacific Northwest and lower interest rates than ever, now is still a good time to begin your home-building journey.
